TTT in Action
Picture this: 10 PM. September 10th, 2025. I get a call from some frantic customers at Stanford Coin Wash. They tell me one of our big Speed Queen washers is totally frozen at the 20-minute mark, and the door is locked. No water is draining. When I arrived, I knew immediately it was a drain issue. I checked my Tiny Trough filter, and what I found was... incredible. The entire compartment of my TTT was packed solid with microfiber fluff. It's the kind of stuffing you find in pillows and plush toys, and it was clear what had happened. A previous customer had put something in there that tore open, creating a total plumbing nightmare. Thankfully, once I found the cause, the solution was quick. It took me only a few minutes to clear it all out and get the machine running. Total time from the moment I got the call to the moment I solved the problem? Just 13 minutes. Another day, another problem solved by Tony's Tiny Trough!
